Description of Duties:

  • Focuses on key accounts to identify which ones to focus on and amount of opportunity.
  • Develops relationships and credibility with customers through regular contact, building a deep relationship with, and quarterbacking technical calls to solve the customer’s problem.
  • Responsible for driving the sales process to increase sales with current customers to the maximum extent possible by pulling in additional MCL team members and utilizing our resources.
  • Responsible for the whole customer account – and their growth and longevity with MCL- with goal of continuously adding new part numbers.
  • Follows-up on Requests for Quote and Purchase Orders.
  • Creates demand for MCL services by tailoring sales approach to customer industry, size, type of company, and promotes MCL capabilities and services.
  • Pulls and analyzes sales and pipeline reports.
  • Attends and actively participates in regular sales meetings.
  • Expands knowledge of PCB industry.
  • Visits customers and attends trade shows as needed.
  • Develops and implements a strategy for hitting sales goals through use of forecasts and maintains plan for reaching goals.
  • Enters sales activities into a CRM daily.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum education and experience: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, and/or Communications and 3-5 years of related experience; prior B2B sales experience and/or technical sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to close deals.
  • Focus on growing long-term relationships.
  • Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable cultivating leads and prospects via phone call.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Position Type:

Full-time, exempt position located in Harrisburg, PA. This position may travel approximately 10% of the time to visit potential customers and attend trade shows.

Benefits:

MCL offers benefits such as a 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, floating holiday, short-term disability, parental leave, volunteer service hours, business casual dress, and many other benefits programs.

Compensation:

MCL offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience. This position is eligible for a monthly sales commission that is uncapped. Total compensation (base + commission) at goal is $150,000. Total annual sales commission is uncapped.
