We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This position serves as a critical link between customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment where customer success matters.
What You’ll Do
Order Management & Vendor Coordination
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, and specifications.
- Process orders and communicate requirements to global suppliers.
- Monitor production status and delivery commitments.
- Manage order changes, revisions, and customer requests.
- Maintain vendor pricing and operational records.
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Create shipping documents and packing slips.
- Verify shipping information and customer requirements.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
- Coordinate expedited and critical deliveries.
Inventory & Operational Support
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Review certifications and quality documentation.
- Maintain shipping supplies and inventory.
- Support stock orders and internal logistics activities.
Customer Service & Problem Resolution
- Serve as a primary contact for order and shipment inquiries.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and delivery challenges.
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Continuous Improvement
- Track operational metrics and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate ERP and operational records.
- Support process improvement initiatives and data reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, purchasing, or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or NetSuite.
- Knowledge of international shipping or import/export processes.
- Experience interpreting technical documentation.
