Millennium Circuits Limited is seeking a Director of Quality in the Lancaster, PA region to lead our quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and uphold our reputation for excellence in printed circuit board manufacturing. This role offers a unique succession opportunity — working side-by-side with our current Quality Manager, a respected industry veteran, who will be retiring in nine months. You’ll gain hands-on mentorship and direct access to decades of PCB and manufacturing expertise before stepping fully into this key leadership role.
What You’ll Do

Lead MCL’s Quality team, overseeing all aspects of product quality, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and strong decision-making.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier quality concerns, driving timely and effective resolutions.

Maintain and enhance MCL’s ISO certification and compliance documentation.

Oversee supplier qualification and performance metrics, ensuring consistent adherence to MCL and industry standards.

Develop, implement, and improve quality policies, processes, and corrective action systems.

Collaborate across departments to promote proactive quality improvement and operational excellence.

Represent MCL in audits, customer reviews, and vendor evaluations.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in quality management or supplier quality within manufacturing (PCB experience strongly preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and influence decisions.

Proven track record in ISO compliance, corrective action systems, and continuous improvement.

Experience analyzing supplier performance data and implementing process enhancements.

Technical proficiency in interpreting drawings, Gerber files, and quality specifications.

Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and quality documentation.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, manufacturing, or quality).
