Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance management
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and product defects with suppliers and customers
- Support corrective actions and ensure timely, effective closure
- Assist with ISO audit preparation, customer audits, and supplier audits
- Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and records
- Analyze data and trends to improve quality and supplier performance
- Gradually support customer-facing quality interactions with guidance from the Quality Director

Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing-related roles
- Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, or familiarity with IPC standards is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn are highly valued
