Throughout his distinguished career, Joe has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for cultivating positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Joe’s journey in the printed circuit board industry traces back to his early years at Rockwell Automation, where he honed his skills in engineering and gradually rose through the ranks to assume various leadership positions.
From there, Joe served as Director of Sales at Palpilot. He played a pivotal role in expanding sales by an impressive $60 million over the span of several years. His extensive experience also includes significant contributions at P. D. Circuits, Inc. / NCAB, where he orchestrated the company’s sales strategy and led annual sales growth from $8.5 million to $33 million. Joe’s leadership roles ranged from VP of Marketing and Sales to Regional Sales Manager, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in driving results across diverse organizational levels.
